Our Story

3. B. A. Bello Nigeria Ltd was established and registered as a limited liability company by the Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in July 2004. The company was registered with main object of transporting and marketing of oil and gas products, and commenced operations since 2007. The company was founded by late Malam/Alhaji Balarabe Bello with an initial focus of transportation business. In the initial two years of operations, the company engaged mainly in transporting oil and gas products for the leading oil and gas companies in Nigeria including the Nigeria’s national oil company (NNPC). The company which started with seven trucks at its inception has over one hundred trucks in its fleet as at January, 2024.

The company ventured into retail and marketing of oil and gas products in addition to transportation, two years after commencement of its operations. The first retail outlet established by the company was in Kano in 2009. As at January 2024, the company has about thirty (30) retail outlets across Nigeria, with at least an outlet in each of the six geopolitical zone in Nigeria. The business partners of the company cut across both the private and public sector. The company is in the process of venturing into sales of LPG with about three LPG plants near completion in kano Nigeria.
